The brief
A family of avid cooks needed a kitchen that could handle real use without sacrificing the home's historic character.
The challenge
The existing kitchen was cramped and cut off from the living spaces, with dated finishes and poor flow.
The solution
We opened the floor plan, designed custom cabinetry and a generous island, and balanced durable, timeless materials with period-appropriate detailing.
The result
The renovated kitchen now anchors the home — open to the living spaces, built for serious cooking, and still unmistakably in keeping with the house's period character.
